LG Laundry Kiosk

Spring 2010

Through customer research LG learned that customers often arrive at big box retailers to make appliance purchases having done little or no research. To help showcase the unique merits of their laundry product line we developed an in-store touch-based kiosk that serves to educate, differentiate, and inspire potential customers. Beyond highlighting the extensive feature set available on LG’s line the kiosks also offer users tools designed to help them choose the right fit for their needs. After reviewing interaction data and conducting usability studies the kiosk has been iteratively refined and is currently being expand to include a larger set of LG appliance.
