LIVESTRONG Site Redesign

Spring 2010

Lance Armstrong’s cancer fighting not-for-profit needed help with their site, not a simple face-lift, but a full re-imagining. The organization had grown to include a wide range of both support and fundraising programs resulting in a broad set of content and user types. To ensure that we built something that would support continued growth while being maintained by an internal team we worked from the bottom up. From extensive interviews and research we produced personas which articulated and prioritized tasks. The next step was to rework site architecture and develope a sophisticate set of templates that would become the site’s building blocks. Over several months we worked closely with the LIVESTRONG team to migrate, edit, and create content. The resulting site continues to adapt and advance in support of the community’s ever growing needs.
